long walk

did i ever think that i would wake up in the morning and the temperature, without the wind chill factor, read 17 degrees and i would still take my dog for a long walk? that's love for ya.

i didn't do much this weekend. i needed to catch up on sleep, my body was just begging for it so i spent a lot of time indoors. plus, dr is coming to visit next weekend so i'm saving my energy for that. i did make it out to take sf on her long walks. i also met w/ my dog walker who seems super nice. yes, after a week of living in ny, i have a dog walker. i'm only going to use her on an as needed basis but i think it will help when i have to work late or i have plans right after work. she's very reasonable and has already fallen in love w/ sf, which of course, i knew she would.
